I am married to Barbara and we have two grown children. I have been a member of the church since 1952 and a member of Fairview Road since 1998.One of my favorite Bible verses is Colossians 1:21-23. I like this verse is because it summarizes what God, through Jesus’ death on the cross, has done for us, reconciled us to him and what we must continue to do in our lives as his children, live in faith, established and firm and holding on to the hope of the gospel.

I am married to Lynne Newby and we have three grown daughters. I have been a member of the church and a member of Fairview Road since 1981.One of my favorite Bible verses is Romans12:18. The reason why I like this verse is because it says a lot about how we are to view and interact we all people. Also, I saw this verse demonstrated by both my grandfather and father. Romans 12:18 In as much as it depends upon you, be at peace with all men.

I am married to Claudia and we have two grown children. I have been a member of the church since childhood and a member of Fairview Road since 1975. One of my favorite Bible verses is Habakkuk 3:17-18. The reason why I like this verse is because of the expression of unconditional faith and devotion to the Lord under the most difficult circumstances.

I am married to Phyllis and we have three grown children. I have been a member of the Fairview Rd Church of Christ since 2003. Galatians 4: 6-7 serves as a great source of encouragement to me, “And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying “Abba, Father!” Therefore you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.”
Dee Vanderburg
I am married to Lisa Vanderburg and we have 3 grown children. I have been a member of the church since 1968 and a member of Fairview Road since 1994. The interaction with members and assisting them with their growth and relationship with Christ gives me great joy. It is inspiring to see the effect on a person’s life when they allow God to be in control. That process is a beautiful thing to behold!
